Product Warranty
The riobol one-year limited warranty
Every riobol is built to train hard. We stand behind our craftsmanship.
RIOBOL llc ("RIOBOL") warrants to the original purchaser that the riobol will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This is a limited warranty. It covers manufacturing defects only.
What this warranty covers
If your riobol fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, RIOBOL will replace the defective riobol with the same or a comparable product. Replacement is the sole remedy available under this warranty. RIOBOL provides one (1) replacement per original purchase during the Warranty Period. If the cost of return shipping would be unreasonable relative to the product value, RIOBOL may, at its sole discretion, waive the return requirement.
What this warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including surface scuffing, texture changes, discoloration, punctures, holes or grip reduction resulting from regular training use
Damage caused by overinflation, underinflation, or inflation outside the pressure range specified on the product or packaging
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose as a soccer training ball
Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, sharp objects, or inappropriate playing surfaces
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the riobol's performance as a training tool
Any riobol that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than RIOBOL
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us at contact@riobol.com within the Warranty Period with: (1) your original order number or proof of purchase, and (2) a brief description and photograph of the defect. We will respond within five (5) business days. We may ask you to return the defective riobol before a replacement is sent. Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Who this warranty applies to
This warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It does not extend to subsequent owners.
Limitation of implied warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIOBOL'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. RIOBOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE RIOBOL. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Your additional rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
Returns & Exchanges
RIOBOL accepts returns on riobols that are unused, uninflated, and in original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery.. To initiate a return, email contact@riobol.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing time by your bank or payment provider may add additional days before the credit appears..
We do not accept returns on riobols that have been inflated, used for training, or show signs of use. A defective riobol within the Warranty Period should be handled through our warranty process above, not as a return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

This website is operated by RIOBOL llc. The content on this site - including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions - is the property of RIOBOL llc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission from RIOBOL.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and other information on this site are accurate. However, errors may occur. RIOBOL reserves the right to correct errors and to update or change information at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, RIOBOL reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
Product Use and Safety
The riobol is designed for soccer training by players of all skill levels. Always inflate to the recommended pressure range (no greater than 2.5 PSI). Inflate the riobol gradually and do not overinflate. Stop inflating when the ball achieves a firm but responsive feel. Do not use the riobol on hard asphalt, sharp surfaces, or in extreme heat. Supervise young children during use. RIOBOL is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from improper use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchase of a riobol shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spokane County, Washington, or such other court of competent jurisdiction as may apply.
Changes to these Terms
RIOBOL may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
RIOBOL LLC ("we," "us," or "RIOBOL") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What we Collect
When you visit riobol.com or place an order, we may collect:
Contact information — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number
Order information — products purchased, order amounts, and transaction history
Payment information — processed securely through our payment processor (Squarespace Payments / Stripe); RIOBOL does not store your credit card number

Your rights under Washington law
RIOBOL is a Washington state company and we take our obligations under Washington law seriously. Washington residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:
Right to access: You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of that information.
Right to correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to deletion: You may request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions required by law or necessary to complete a transaction you have requested.
Data breach notification: Under RCW 19.255.010, if RIOBOL experiences a data breach affecting your personal information, we are required to notify you and, if more than 500 Washington residents are affected, the Washington Attorney General, within 30 days of discovering the breach.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@riobol.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of internet transmission or data storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, RIOBOL will notify affected individuals in accordance with RCW 19.255.010.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
